What’s Involved?

Personal training doesn’t have to be horrible. Spencer combines his love for weight training with his passion for movement, combining elements from yoga, pilates, martial arts and traditional strength training. This large variety of exercises will help to keep you engaged and excited, always wondering what the next training session will involve!

Training sessions are typically 45 - 60 minutes and can be held up as frequent as 3 times per week to as little as once every month. Training frequency will depend on the individual, their exercise history, their goals and their adherence to programming/homework tasks (whether it be 5,000 steps a day, a 30 minute walk or just monitoring food intake.)

Training is appropriate for all ages, so whether you want your child to excel at their sports game or you’re wanting to keep your body in good condition by being able to move freely and for the years to come, Spencer WILL be able to help.

Private Location

Maximize your results in the gym by training in a private facility, removing the need to wait for any equipment to become available.

Nutrition Support

Taking into consideration any dietary requirements, daily activity and goals, a meal plan will be designed specifically for you to ensure results.

1-1 or Small Group Training

Make the most of your time by working either 1 on 1 or in a small group. With 100% of Spencers attention on you, you will be able to work to the intensity you desire whilst maintaining a safe and injury free body.

Access to Yoga Classes

Gain access to free online yoga classes from Spencer, pre-recorded for you to take at your own leisure. New classes added weekly.
